Hello and thank you for visiting my site,

I have been developing websites since 2003. I have worked as a web designer, web developer, and a database administrator. I'm looking for a job as a full time web developer. I excel at writing efficient code that is adaptable. I've worked on small and large scale projects, several of which required six months to two years to complete. Some of these projects are listed in my Featured Projects Page. Designing both websites and databases were required for these projects.

I take a very logical approach to troubleshooting.

I'm not afraid to ask questions. I believe in proper prior planning. I like to know as much as I can about my project before I begin. I focus on getting it right the first time, and I test my work thoroughly. I have no problem working with larger scale database projects. I have a strong ability to quickly learn data relationships. I've worked on group projects and solo projects. I've been the team member as well as the team leader.

My Knowledge Base

I am proficient using PHP, JavaScript, C# .NET 3.5, Java, AJAX, XHTML, CSS, XML, Flash, VB.NET 1.1, VB Script, Worldspan Script Pro, and SQL as well as the differences in MySQL, Microsoft Access SQL, and Worldspan SQL. I've worked on many projects using Action Script, but there is more I can learn. I've completed 7 projects in ASP.NET 1.1; I haven't had access to a windows web-server since 2005. Also, I've worked in .NET 2 and 3. I'm willing to learn any new languages and if I have the opportunity, I'd like to take a C#, Java, ASP, and an advanced Action Script class. Along with being a web developer and a database administrator at my last job, I also was the administrator for our Voice-Over IP phones system as well as our Network administrator. In addition, I was often asked to help with desktop support.
